How to report an issue in each app:
Uber Eats
Open the app
Tap Orders and choose your recent order
Tap Help and follow the prompts
DoorDash
Open the app
Tap Orders > select the affected order
Tap Help and submit your issue
Grubhub
Open the app
Go to Orders > tap your order
Tap Help to get started
